Welcome to the Take Home Tuesday. This week’s notifications include weekly Reminders, An Evening in Italy Flyer, P.T.O. Mad Science Night and P.T.O. March Madness Basketball Night.
Reminders
- Uniforms: periodically we will be having uniform checks please check Handbook for proper Daily Uniforms and Dress Uniforms.
- Scholastic Book Fair: will be Monday, Jan. 25th to Friday, Jan. 29th from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. and on Thursday, Jan. 28th during the Science Fair. This is a great time to purchase books for your children. There will also be a class wish list if you wish to purchase books for your child’s class.
- Bake Sale: Pre-School will be having their Bake Sale on Wednesday, January 27th during all lunches.
- Skate Night Non-Uniform Day:for students who attended Skate Night on Monday, January 25th will be on Friday, January 29th for students in Grade K - 8 and students in Pre-school will get a free Ice Cream.
- Science Fair: will be held on Thursday, January 28th from 7:30 to 8:30 p.m.
- An Evening in Italy: will be on Saturday, January 30th from 5:00 to 9:00 p.m.Come and start celebrating Catholic School’s Week with us. Enjoy a delicious Spaghetti Dinner prepared by one of our parents, Mr. Bentley and dancing.
- Catholic School’s Week Family Mass: will be held on Sunday, January 31st at the 11:00 a.m. Mass at St. Joseph Church. All are invited. A Bake Sale will be held after Mass for Haiti victims.
- Catholic School Weeks: Monday, February 1st to Friday, February 5th, please refer to the Catholic School’s Week Schedule that was sent home.
- PTO Meeting: will be held on Wednesday, February 3rd at 7:00 p.m.
- PTO’s Mad Science: has been rescheduled to February, 17th. Doors will open at 6:00 p.m. and show starts at 7:00 p.m.Check out flyer on web site for more info.
- PTO’s March Madness Basketball Night: will be held on Saturday, March 6th from 5:00 to 8:00 p.m. Check out flyer on web site for more info
- Labels for Education: Please keep sending in your Campbell’s Labels.
- Box Tops: Please keep sending in your Box Tops.
- Shaw’s: Please keep in mind that when you shop at Shaw’s on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday and use your registered Shaw’s Card the school will receive 1% of your purchases. If you have not already registered your card please do so. The school ID #49001018520. If you have any problems registering please contact Liz at 508-996-1983. Shaw’s has recently informed us that most cards must be renewed due to them being programmed for local areas only and not regional. Please call 1-888-431-7429 and they will issue new cards.
- Target: Please remember to enroll in the Target Program. Target will donate 1% of your purchases to Saint Joseph School when you use your rewards card (REDcard) at their retail or online stores. Check our website for instruction how to register.
- Stop & Shop: we are NOW registered for the A+ Program that Stop & Shop is offering. All you have to do is log on to www.stopandshop.com/aplus to register on line or call 1-877-275-2758 to register your card. Saint Joseph School ID# 06183.
