Welcome to the Take Home Tuesday. This week’s notifications include weekly Reminders, and a List of Calendar Raffle Winners.
Reminders
- Parking on Spring Street: there is NO PARKING allowed directly in front of the school. It is a TOW ZONE
- Inclement Weather: please have children dress appropriately for the weather due to them going out for recess, walking to church for masses and at dismissal.
- Bake Sale: 5th Grade will be having their Bake Sale on Wednesday, January 6th during all lunches.
- P.T.O. Meeting: is scheduled for Wednesday, January 6th at 7:00 p.m.
- First Friday Mass: is scheduled for Friday, January 8th at 9:00 a.m. Dress Uniform Mandatory.
- National Junior Honor Society Service Projects: please help the Honor Society with their two service projects. The 1st is the Pet Holiday Photo Contest. Just submit a picture of your pet along with $1.00 to enter. There will be several 1st place prizes. All proceeds will go to the World Wildlife Foundation. The second is the Pajama Program. Sent in new or slightly used pajamas and books and the will be given to homeless children throughout the world. They will be collecting throughout the months of December and January.
- Labels for Education: Please keep sending in your Campbell’s Labels.
- Box Tops: Please keep sending in your Box Tops.
- Shaw’s: Please keep in mind that when you shop at Shaw’s on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday and use your registered Shaw’s Card the school will receive 1% of your purchases. If you have not already registered your card please do so. The school ID #49001018520. If you have any problems registering please contact Liz at 508-996-1983. Shaw’s has recently informed us that most cards must be renewed due to them being programmed for local areas only and not regional. Please call 1-888-431-7429 and they will issue new cards.
- Target: Please remember to enroll in the Target Program. Target will donate 1% of your purchases to Saint Joseph School when you use your rewards card (REDcard) at their retail or online stores. Check our website for instruction how to register.
- Stop & Shop: we are NOW registered for the A+ Program that Stop & Shop is offering. All you have to do is log on to www.stopandshop.com/aplus to register on line or call 1-877-275-2758 to register your card. Saint Joseph School ID# 06183.
