Reminders
- Walk-a-thon Pledges: all sponsor pledges of $100.00 per family were due on Tuesday, May8th. If you have not yet sent in your pledges please do so by no later than Thursday, May 17th to be qualified for the summer non-uniform week. Unfortunately if the pledges are not received by Thursday, students will not be qualified for the summer non-uniform week.
- Yearbooks: are still available. Please place your order by May 21st to make sure a copy is reserved for you. The cost is $30.00. Also just to let everyone know the Yearbook is in Color. Please keep in mind that all students are in the yearbook.
- Bake Sale: Pre-School Ms. Day’s class will be having their Bake Sale on Wednesday, May 16th during all lunches.
- PTO Meeting: will be held on Wednesday, May 16th at 7:00 p.m. Come meet the new PTO Board.
- Ascension Thursday Mass: will be held on Thursday, May 17th at 9:00 a.m. Dress uniform Mandatory.
- Spring Concert: for PRE-SCHOOL will be on Thursday, May 17th at 1:30 p.m.
- Spring Concert: for BAND, ORCHESTRA and GLEE CLUB will be on Thursday, May 17th at 6:00 p.m.
- Celebrating the Arts Program: will be held on Thursday, May 17th at 6:00 p.m. Come and see the Pre-School - Grade 8 Art Work Display.
- Carousel Family Skate Night Non-Uniform Day: for students who attended the skate night on Monday, May14 will be on Friday, May 18th.
- SJS Musical Extravaganza II: will be held on Friday, May 18th at 6:30 p.m. and Saturday, May 19th at 6:30 p.m.
- 2nd Annual Catholic Schools Track Meet: will be held on Sunday, May 20th at 1:00 p.m. at Cushman Park Fairhaven.
- Scholastic Book Fair: will be on Monday, May 21st to Friday, May 25th from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Buy One Get One Free. This is a great time to purchase books for the summer.
- Walk-a-thon: The Summer NON-UNIFORM WEEK, which includes shorts (appropriate length) and Flip-flops will be May 21st - May 25th.
- Southern Mass Credit Union School Saving Program: will be on Tuesday, May 22nd.
- Spring Concert: for KINDERGARTEN - GRADE 4 will be on Thursday, May 24th at 6:00 p.m.
- New York City Trip: there still is room available on the bus. Reserve your seats because they are filling up quickly.
- Stop & Shop A+ Program: Please remember to re-register for the A+ Program that Stop & Shop is offering. All you have to do is log on to www.stopandshop.com/aplus to register on line or call 1-877-275-2758 to register your card. Saint Joseph School ID# 06183. Reminders
- Walk-a-thon: will be held on Friday, May 11th. Pre-School & Kindergarten will be walking at 9:00 a.m. and Grades 1-8 will be walking after each lunch period. All students are required to wear their gym uniforms. Sponsor pledges of $100.00 per family were due today. Reminders
- Spring Bash: We would like to thank everyone who attended the Spring Bash. It was a great success. Also we would like to give a special thank you to the Bash Committee, Kim Centeio, Karen Ryan, Cissy Watson, and Christine Coryer for all their hard work in making this event such a success. Also we would like to thank Richard Canastra for the great job he did as Auctioneer.
- Bake Sale: Grade 2 will be having their Bake Sale on Wednesday, May 2nd during all lunches.
- Uniform Orders: Donnell’s School Apparel will be here on Wednesday, May 2nd from 1:00 to 2:30 p.m. for measurements.
- Walk-a-thon: will be held on Friday, May 4th (rain date Friday, May 11th). If you have not returned your child’s permission slip please do so by no later than Wednesday, May 2nd, unfortunately if the permission slip is not signed and returned your child will not be permitted to join in the walk-a-thon. Pledges are due by Tuesday, MAY 8th. Although the Walk-athon is a mandatory Fundraiser, as an added bonus we will be offering a week of Summer Dress Downs, which includes shorts (appropriate length) and flip flops to all families who raise the $100.00 by May 8th. Walk-a-thon Non-Uniform Week will be May 21st - May 25th.

Reminders
- Walk-a-thon: will be held on Friday, May 4th (rain date May 11th). If you have not returned your child’s permission slip please do so by no later than Wednesday, April 25th. Please keep in mind this is a mandatory Fundraiser.
- Progress Reports: for grades 1-8 are being sent home today. Please make sure that the envelope is signed and returned to the teacher ASAP.
- Lego Club: if you are interested in signing up for the Lego Club you must do so by Wednesday, April 25th. The 1st class begins on Wednesday, April 25th.
- Bake Sale: Grade 4 will be having their Bake Sale on Wednesday, April 25th during all lunches.
- Week of the Young Child: come celebrate the week of the Young Child for Pre-School - Grade 3 on Wednesday, April 25th at 6:00 p.m.
- Spring Bash: will be on Friday, April 27th at the Hawthorne Country Club. Come and enjoy a fun adult night out with us. Please support teachers with putting together the Classroom Baskets.
- April Birthday Non-Uniform Day: will be on Friday, April 27th for all students whose birthday is in April.
